Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,654 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Actomyosin contractile ring organization. Each is linked with ARHGEF1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF1 results are reported.
