Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGDIG mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGDIG data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ARHGDIG mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGDIG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM are the cancer types where ARHGDIG mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
