Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGDIB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGDIB data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ARHGDIB Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGDIB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ARHGDIB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
