ARHGDIB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGDIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,969 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGDIB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AIF1, EVL, and LAT_S224. Each is linked with ARHGDIB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGDIB-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGDIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGDIB versus AIF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGDIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGDIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
