ARHGDIB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGDIB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGDIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF4, CSF2RB, and CORO1A. Each is linked with ARHGDIB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGDIB-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGDIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGDIB versus NCF4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGDIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGDIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
