ARHGDIB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGDIB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGDIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1G1P7, ATP8B5P, and RPL22P14. Each is linked with ARHGDIB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGDIB-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGDIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1G1P7 grouped by ARHGDIB-low versus ARHGDIB-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGDIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGDIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
