Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGDIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,008 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGDIB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, Rho protein signal transduction, and Regulation of proteolysis. Each is linked with ARHGDIB in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGDIB-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGDIB results are reported.
