ARHGAP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,713 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPN, SPN_S355, and SPN_S368. Each is linked with ARHGAP9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP9-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP9 versus SPN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
