Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,443 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, CSF2RB, and TLR8. Each is linked with ARHGAP9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP9-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP9 results are reported.
