The most reproducible ARHGAP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AIF1, ALOX5, and AMPD3. Each is linked with ARHGAP9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP9-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP9 results are reported.
