Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,989 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHORDC1, HSPA9, and RSRC1. Each is linked with ARHGAP5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP5-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHORDC1 grouped by ARHGAP5-low versus ARHGAP5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
