Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ACC_pS79, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with ARHGAP5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP5-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP5 results are reported.
