The most reproducible ARHGAP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosome to lysosome transport, Vesicle tethering to Golgi, and Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ARHGAP5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP5-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP5 results are reported.
