Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,181 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP44-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QTNF7, ARGFX, and OR2W1. Each is linked with ARHGAP44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP44-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QTNF7 grouped by ARHGAP44-low versus ARHGAP44-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP44→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
