Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP42P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,248 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP42P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC25A10, SNTA1_S201, and SPATA2. Each is linked with ARHGAP42P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42P3-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42P3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP42P3 versus SLC25A10 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP42P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP42P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
