ARHGAP42P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP42P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,817 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP42P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE4A, ARHGAP42, and GPATCH8. Each is linked with ARHGAP42P2 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42P2-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP42P2 versus UBE4A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP42P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP42P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
