Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,813 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP42-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYGB, ZEB1, and ARHGEF17. Each is linked with ARHGAP42 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP42 versus CYGB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
