Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP42 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,409 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP115, SRPX2, and ANTXR2. Each is linked with ARHGAP42 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42 results are reported.
