ARHGAP42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,475 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL49, TIMM22, and C1QBP. Each is linked with ARHGAP42 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL49 grouped by ARHGAP42-low versus ARHGAP42-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
