Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,546 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF21, ARHGAP18, and PICALM. Each is linked with ARHGAP42 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP42-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP42 versus TNFRSF21 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
