Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP39 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGAP39 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ARHGAP39 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP39 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
SCLC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARHGAP39 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
