ARHGAP39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,784 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP39-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, CENPM, and OIP5. Each is linked with ARHGAP39 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP39-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by ARHGAP39-low versus ARHGAP39-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP39→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
