Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP39 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP39-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, Smad4, and c-Kit. Each is linked with ARHGAP39 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP39-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by ARHGAP39-low versus ARHGAP39-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP39→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
