ARHGAP39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP39-associated genes across cancer lineages are NQO2, GRXCR2, and TRIM51. Each is linked with ARHGAP39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP39-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NQO2 grouped by ARHGAP39-low versus ARHGAP39-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP39→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
