ARHGAP36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with ARHGAP36 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP36-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by ARHGAP36-low versus ARHGAP36-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
