Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL6A5, PFN3, and LCN6. Each is linked with ARHGAP36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP36-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL6A5 grouped by ARHGAP36-low versus ARHGAP36-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
