ARHGAP35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,821 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC1, THEMIS2, and TRIM28. Each is linked with ARHGAP35 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP35-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP35 versus XRCC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
