ARHGAP35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP35 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP35-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, GAPDH, and MEK1. Each is linked with ARHGAP35 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP35-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ARHGAP35-low versus ARHGAP35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
