ARHGAP35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,771 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of actin cytoskeleton polarity, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment. Each is linked with ARHGAP35 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP35-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment or maintenance of actin cytoskeleton polarity grouped by ARHGAP35-low versus ARHGAP35-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
