ARHGAP33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP33-associated genes across cancer lineages are LACTB, PBK, and ERO1A. Each is linked with ARHGAP33 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP33-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LACTB grouped by ARHGAP33-low versus ARHGAP33-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP33→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
