ARHGAP33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,582 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP33-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS5, PROSER3, and MXD3. Each is linked with ARHGAP33 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP33-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP33 versus HAUS5 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP33→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
