ARHGAP33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,130 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP33-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB134, PNLIPRP1, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with ARHGAP33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP33-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB134 grouped by ARHGAP33-low versus ARHGAP33-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP33→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
