ARHGAP32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,359 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP32-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYY, LGI3, and SOX1. Each is linked with ARHGAP32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP32-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYY grouped by ARHGAP32-low versus ARHGAP32-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP32→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
