Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP31 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGAP31 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ARHGAP31 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP31 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and CESC are the cancer types where ARHGAP31 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
