Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,040 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP31_S1432, ARHGAP31_S954, and ZYX. Each is linked with ARHGAP31 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP31-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP31 versus ARHGAP31_S1432 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
