Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,654 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP31-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHFPL6, PMP22, and RHOJ. Each is linked with ARHGAP31 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP31-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP31 versus LHFPL6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
