ARHGAP31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,900 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP31-associated genes across cancer lineages are BLOC1S2, BUB3, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with ARHGAP31 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP31-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BLOC1S2 grouped by ARHGAP31-low versus ARHGAP31-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
