Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 324 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP31-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC8, DDI1, and WFDC10A. Each is linked with ARHGAP31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP31-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC8 grouped by ARHGAP31-low versus ARHGAP31-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
