Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP26-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARHGAP26-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ARHGAP26-IT1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP26-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, DLBC, and KICH are the cancer types where ARHGAP26-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
