Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,570 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM3, ATF5, and PEG3. Each is linked with ARHGAP23 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP23-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP23 versus JAM3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
