ARHGAP23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, MEK1, and eEF2. Each is linked with ARHGAP23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP23-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by ARHGAP23-low versus ARHGAP23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
