Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,380 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, Regulation of plasma membrane repair, and Positive regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with ARHGAP23 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP23-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP23 results are reported.
