ARHGAP22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP22-associated genes across cancer lineages are YAF2, PGGT1B, and C18orf32. Each is linked with ARHGAP22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP22-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YAF2 grouped by ARHGAP22-low versus ARHGAP22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
