ARHGAP22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 852 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP22-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCK, METAP1, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with ARHGAP22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP22-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCK grouped by ARHGAP22-low versus ARHGAP22-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
