Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,847 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCCD1, RASGRP4, and PDE1B. Each is linked with ARHGAP20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP20-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP20 versus RCCD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
