Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGAP19 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ARHGAP19 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, ESCA, and STAD are the cancer types where ARHGAP19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
