Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,282 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMPO, WAPL, and WRNIP1. Each is linked with ARHGAP19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP19-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
