Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGAP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-75P, OR5BN2P, and CD24P2. Each is linked with ARHGAP19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP19-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGAP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGAP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
