Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGAP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,847 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Recombinational repair, and Lagging strand elongation. Each is linked with ARHGAP19 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP19-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP19 results are reported.
