Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGAP17 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGAP17 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ARHGAP17 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGAP17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LUAD show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where ARHGAP17 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
